Biography

Ralph Kink has been Head of Technology and Solution Development for Partners since July 2017. He reports to Andre Kiehne, who is responsible for cooperation with Microsoft business partners on the management board of Microsoft Deutschland GmbH.As a graduate engineer, Ralph Kink worked for various software companies for industry solutions before joining Microsoft. In 1999 he started at Microsoft in the Microsoft Services division. He took on various management tasks in the Consulting Services division and finally headed product support for major customers. From 2010 to 2012, Ralph Kink was entrusted with the development and expansion of the Microsoft cloud services portfolio in Germany. He then switched to key account sales, where he was responsible for licensing and sales operations for three years. After that, between 2015 and 2017 he was in charge of solutions and specialist sales for major customers.
