Felix Bauch has been with Facebook Inc. since April 2020 as Chief of Staff for Central Europe. In this role, he coordinates the business development of Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger in 34 countries, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Benelux region as well as Eastern Europe, among others Russia. Prior to joining Facebook, Felix was a management consultant at Bain & Company, specializing in digital transformation, new product development and corporate governance, and was responsible for social media campaigning in German Chancellor Merkel’s election campaign team. Prior, he worked in journalism at broadcasters ZDF and RTL as well in politics at Germany’s Bundestag and Federal Foreign Office. Felix holds Master and Bachelor of Science degrees in international business from HEC Paris and WHU.
