Process Thinking for Future Challenges – Impulse Session

The world has changed – but the challenges and ambitious goals for the future are the same and more urgent than ever before: whether climate change, inequality or lack of access to education or vital resources. How can we achieve them?
The pandemic has revived the concept of resilience and impressively illustrated what is needed for survival. During the crisis, companies are increasingly relying on digital transparency and processes as the basis for a resilient enterprise. How can process thinking also help society or environmental protection? What responsibility do companies have to take on and how can Process Mining help them? And what can each individual do?
The impulse session explains Process Mining as a future technology, shows its use in practice and discusses a rethinking in order to actually achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.
